I designed this apartment to be a cozy modern space.

This apartment was designed with the owner in mind and an emphasis on Modern Industrial Design.  The Bathroom features a Low Flow Toilet / Bidet combo, Steam Shower and water saving faucets.  The Walls & floor are tiled with white subway tiles for easy and minimal cleaning. The Entry Area has a seat and a place to store shoes since this will be a "no shoes" apartment.  Just off the entry is a lockable stoage room with a place to hang your folding bike and a "slot" for your thin bike to be stored.  This room also doubles as a guest room for two and features a Lollipop space saving bunk bed from Resource Furniture.  There are shelves for storing Dry food, blankets, etc and also a place to store your tool chest. The main living area is a lounge area, office and dining area in one.  The Lounge converts to a dining area for 12, when done - the stools (which also double as storage cubes) fit back under the desk so they are out of the way. The long Dining Table also Drops down to Coffee Table level when the room is being used as a lounging area. The Efficeint hideaway kitchen has an induction cooktop, small sink, a combination oven / microwave and storage for a juicer, espresso machine, and a few other small appliances.  Down below is a single drawer dishwasher and a single drawer fridge.  There are also some storage drawers on the side and some shelves above.Just beyond the kitchen there is a sleeping nook with a queen size bed which raises like a car hood to reveal storage underneath.  This nook also has a closet to store all of your clothes and shoes.  At the entry to the sleeping nook, under the bed is where the roomba vacuum cleaner is stored and charged.I designed this apartment to be a cozy modern space.  I did not want it to be an open, cold, stark environment. I used as much industrial and recycled materials as possible to create a unique space and cut down on the overall cost.Hope you enjoy.
